Do you offer free shipping?

Enjoy the convenience of complimentary shipping based on minimum order amounts:

  • Orders of RM100 and above qualify for free delivery within Malaysia.
  • For deliveries to Singapore, orders of S$100 and above are eligible for free shipping.
  • Customers in the Asia-Pacific region, excluding Malaysia and Singapore, can benefit from free delivery on orders of US$150 and above.
  • For the rest of the countries, we offer complimentary shipping on orders of US$250 and above.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Once orders are placed and payments are processed, cancellations cannot be accommodated. We encourage you to carefully review your order details at the checkout and before completing the payment to ensure accuracy.

Can I return and get refunded?

Regrettably, we do not have a return policy in place, and thus no refund. As part of our commitment to maintaining stringent hygiene standards and minimizing unnecessary waste from unsuccessful orders, we decided to maintain a No-Return policy. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any other questions you may have.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is intricately determined by the weight, dimensions, quantity, and destination of your order. Our shipping rates start from RM15 within Malaysia, from S$15 for Singapore, from US$20 for other APAC countries, and from US$40 for all other countries not specified. We aim to provide transparent and fair shipping charges based on the unique aspects of each order, ensuring a reliable and efficient delivery experience for our valued customers.

Do I have to register an account in order to make a purchase?

No account registration is necessary to make a purchase.

Why is there no receipt and packing list in my parcel?

In an effort to minimize paper consumption, we've opted not to include packing lists and receipts in your order. Rest assured, you can conveniently access these documents in the email we've sent you.

Do you offer customized or personalized jewellery?

We do not currently offer personalized or customized jewellery services.

What should I do if I have entered a wrong address or wanted to modify my order?

If you reach out to us within one hour of placing your order, we may be able to assist with the amendments. For address changes, please promptly email us at shop.glorychest@gmail.com. If you wish to add another item to your order, we recommend placing a separate order for your convenience.
